Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the pickup time and receive a 100% refund.
• Please note: Payments are processed securely via DPO Pay. Their 5% processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup time are non-refundable.
